How to do it: Sustain yourself with the hands clinging and feet pressing into wall, move one feet to the top of the wall beside your hand and place the other hand next to the lower feet, once you have the horizontal position you can start to move backwards or forwards on the wall, using the gaps between rocks as foot and hand holds.
Care: Start with hand stands as warm ups, give your feet a rub afterwards as they take most of your weight in this unusual position.
